This huge trailer is stationed outside of Chad's building and it is quite loud. I'm not quite sure why they have it, except that they are clearly renting power according to the side of the trailer. I'm wondering though, how do you rent power? I mean, do you give it back somehow? I wonder how that works ...

We had one of those parked outside of our apartment at 12th and Pine for a couple of weeks. PECO was having issues and I think they rented one of those big systems to feed power into the residents' homes temporarily. It was very shady.
