October 8, 2009: No Knead Bread

I am obsessed with no-knead bread. It takes some planning (about 24 hours notice) but it's so easy and it almost always come out perfectly.

October 6, 2009: Making Vegetable Stock

I recently discovered how easy and satisfying it is to make my own vegetable stock. I was inspired by veganyumyum.com. I now need to buy a real stock pot.

October 5, 2009: New Lens! Sigma 17-70mm

My parents gave me this new lens for my camera for my birthday. I've been dying for a better lens and this one really delivers. It's a Sigma 17-70mm and I love it!

October 4, 2009: Curry Croquette

The Korean bakery near us (Paris Baguette Cafe) makes these awesome curry croquettes. I had one this morning and it was delicious. I used my new lens for this photo!

October 3, 2009: Birthday Phillies Game

We went to a Phillies game tonight for my birthday. We asked them not to come to the seat and sing for me, but they did anyway. It was a good time!

October 2, 2009: Key Lime Cheesecake

We celebrated my birthday at my parents' house tonight and my mom made me a key lime cheesecake. It's my favorite and it was so delicious. Reminded me of ASIJ.
