October 30, 2009: Eggs en Coquette


Chad saw this recipe online and decided to make it. It's eggs and cheese baked in a ramekin with some salt and pepper. You eat it with toast. It was tasty.

  3. It was too runny for me - a bit creepy. I think it just needed more cooking time though. Also, sometimes I get creeped out when presented with what amounts to "cholesterol in a bowl."
