... in Portland, it's never ending water fountains. These water fountains are placed throughout the city and the water runs constantly. This is a bit alarming because it either means that they are wasting a ton of water, or, it means they are recycling whatever lands in there ... Well since I'm pretty sure there are regulations about that, it must be the former, but that's kind of a shame...(Note: This is my photo from Wednesday, September 5th)
